An independent college established in 1985, Abbey College in London has an outstanding record in assisting students to enter highly competitive degree courses at the UK’s very best universities.

The hallmark of Abbey College students is that they are aiming to enter professional occupations in the UK or overseas after graduation from university. Maintaining continuity with its original purpose, Abbey College continues to very successfully prepare students for entry to the medical professions and from 2001-2005 nearly 50% of the 279 Abbey College students going on to university have progressed to medicine, dentistry or pharmacy. Of the other 50% the majority have consisted of aspiring engineers, bankers, accountants, entrepreneurs and lawyers who have progressed to top UK universities such as Imperial College, UCL, LSE, King’s College and Manchester. The Abbey College Cambridge Easter Revision programme offers very small classes of study in academic subjects at both A-level and GCSE.

The programme has an outstanding record in enhancing the examination performance of students. The classes focus on examination technique and revision. All students receive a great deal of individual attention.

The course dates are: 24 to 28 March and 31 March to 4 April.

The course fees are: AS/A2 subjects £300 per course; GCSE £200 per course (£400 for Combined/Dual Science).

One-to-one classes are available in all subjects.

Jogisha came to Abbey with A-Level grades of BBB and a burning desire to study Medicine. She embarked upon two intensive A-level retakes from September to January and a one year A-Level and gained AAA.

Rajiv’s first time grades at his grammar school were BBC and he missed his offers for Medicine. He came to Abbey College in September 2005 and retook his A-Levels. With Abbey, he turned his grades into AAA. Jogisha and Rajiv both have just finished their first year studies in Medicine at Queen Mary’s London.

Each year examination papers reveal too many students under-perform because they do not know how to answer questions and often do not understand what is being asked. The right guidance can help students realise their true potential and achieve the grades to progress to A-Levels or to secure places on the most competitive university courses.

With class sizes of no more than 12, our Easter Revision courses:
